There was a 3 way tie for the employee of the month of July. All Halo personnel voted for their choice of employee of the month and the three that tied were Jeremy McMillan, Craig Shore, and David Lloyd.
Jeremy is a Project Manager at Halo. His fellow employees recognized him for always being willing to lend a hand and participating in the work effort on many of our emergency service calls. He was the first employee at Halo, starting as a carpenter in the field, and has worked his way up to the position he now fills. Halo is proud to have such a loyal employee in Jeremy.
Craig is also a Project Manager at Halo. His fellow employees recognized him for managing all projects in our "southern division" including areas of South King, Pierce and Thurston Counties. He has only been a part of the Halo team since April of 2009, but has proven himself to be an asset to our company already.
David is a carpenter in the field and is also our Construction Team Leader. His fellow employees recognized him for taking on the role of Construction Team Leader in addition to his willingness to help on emergency service calls, especially those Halo receives after hours. David was also one of our first employees and has grown from an apprentice laborer to carpenter.
The Halo Management is very appreciative of the efforts of all of our employees. We are excited to recognize those who rise above the requirements of their job description and perform in such a way that even their coworkers notice their accomplishments.
Thanks Jeremy, Craig and David for all your hard work!
